3 tips to implement influencer marketing
Influencer Marketing on TikTok, 3 quick tips on how to implement for your business:
- Bigger influencers with audiences over 10k will often have either a waiting list or will need a few weeks to review your products. Start promoting earlier than you think, especially when you have a launch coming up or you will pay a premium to get them to expedite your video.
- User Generated content can be used in the same way as influencer marketing only instead of sending one influencer a sample of your offer, you send your offer to 5 smaller creators who have an audience of 5k or less. This will often be cheaper and you will get 5 separate videos made from 5 separate creators.
- You can promote other people’s videos on TikTok but you need permission first. If someone creates a video that you like about your brand organically, promoting it could be a win-win. It gets more eyes on your product and more eyes on the content creators page. Bonus tip: Not a lot of brands are running ads on Tik Tok just yet. Which means costs are favorable for the amount of reach and exposure you get.
For example, we tested an ad to my wife’s page and for less than $50 we were able to run her campaign for a week, get her video categorized on a search page for her topic (which will bring more organic views over time) and she gained 400 followers from it! Have you tried influencer marketing or UGC for your brand in the past?
